Use a profile to assess project suitability
A developer profile indicates interests and work categories, but suitability depends on the actual site. Gauge reading, product inspection and integration involve different requirements even when all are called AI Vision.
Distinguish technical knowledge from delivery evidence. A sample-image demonstration still needs lighting, continuity, networking and ownership checks. Project counts, qualifications and customers require authorized factual records; illustrations cannot replace them.
Unconfirmed facts are not expanded into fictional history or projects. Engineering content can help prepare questions about trials, integration boundaries and acceptance before discussing commercial details.
Questions for the beginning of a project
Ask what the image can answer and where its limitations lie. Identify properties it cannot establish, such as internal instrument condition or circuit safety. This prevents expectations exceeding the available evidence.
Ask how quality will be measured and how reference answers are obtained. Understand conditions, sample counts, unreadable results and end-to-end delivery time. A model score alone does not represent overall system quality.
Ask who maintains cameras, networking, scale settings and model versions, and what recovery documentation is needed. Service scope, schedules and contract terms require project-specific agreement with an SI partner; working-method explanations are not contractual commitments.
